25 bets 7 forced losers 5 winners all the leaders of the plate had a winner. But more significantly so did Lee at 11-4f to go 12.04 clear 13 bets to go

Day 77 06/08/09

Nearly a full house today 29 out of the 30 of us had a bet (ok 5 were forced losers) just Alan M who didn't show.

6 winners, both Gary P and Rod had winners to allow Gary P to take the lead in the plate and Rod to move onto level points with Ian who only holds on to 2nd place on countback.

Not much change in the main comp Lee still leads by 8.29. Now only the top 4 are positive with Rod at -0.92 good enough for 5th and in the money!

Bad news on the updates while I'm away on holiday looks like Vince can't be bothered - feel free to text him late at night to request updates here if he slacks off on the admin :-)

Lee hits another winner at 7-2 and goes 8.29 clear at the top

In the plate Gary P 129 points (50 bets) goes 2 clear of Ian C on 127 points (50 bets) but Rod also on 50 bets is only 5 points behind. Pump3 is only 12 points behind with 4 bets in hand over all three above him - but lost ground today after a forced loser because of his non runner!

Strange day no winners at all, mainly because of all the abandonments 22 bets registered but 9 of them were forced losers

Pump3 back in the game after a stunning 7-1 winner brings him to with 3.79 of the leader brilliant stuff - who needs the ashes

Ian C 2 points ahead of Gary P in the plate but with one more bet but Pump3 only 12 points behind the leader with 5 bets in hand. Can he do the double?

May be a new world record shortest price 1-50f in the 2 horse race on Saturday for Rod
