29apr19 SORRY SO CRAP!

Away all weekend and v difficult to do a proper job as you, I'm sure, have noticed skipping forward to Monday as you all have the excel update from Sunday.  Monday we had 7 winners these were Ernie Moore 9-4, Gary Pascoe 4-1 & best of the day for Gary Dighton at 5-1, Kevin Wood 6-4 & 10 points to open up a yawning gap over me in the plate as I have had to sit out all weekend, Robert Logan 11-10 & also 10 points to go back top in the plate getting a bit tighter at the top now, Richard Pascoe 2-1 & finally Stuart Bentham 1-6 and his 36th winner!!

8 winners on Friday and some nice ones best of the day for Carl Dean at 9-1 closely followed by Spenser Mills at 8-1.  The others were, Gary Pascoe 11-4, Helen Fahey 5-6, Ian Carpenter & Kevin Wood 7-4, Richard Pascoe 15-8 & Vince Paige 8-13.

Tuesday saw 6 winners best of the day for Carl Dean at 4-1 - Actually it wasn't Carl recorded but forgot to mention here Kevin Dighton's 12-1 winner - sorry Kev!

Today saw a very nice winner at 12-1 for Steve Carter as best of the day

But certainly not just for Carol Carter who smashed in a 14-1 winner to go 11th Ben Cheetham also got back onto the leader board in 15th with his 6-1 winner the same winner as Gary Dighton and finally Stuart Bentham keeps up the sterling work with his 32nd winner at 2-7.

4 winners but this time a significant one best of the day and zoomed him up to 2nd for Martin Long at 12-1.  The other 3 were Gary Pascoe 2-1 to nudge a place or two Paul Berg 7-2 & Pete Long 11-2.

A dozen winners on a day of major changes all over the leader board as it all becomes very competitive.  So top best of the day for Andy Stevens & Gary Pascoe the same 14-1 winner to move top and 4th respectively.  Others were Carol Carter 5-2, Carl Dean 9-2, Chris Martin 5-1, Chris Pascoe & Stuart Bentham both 4-7, Robert Logan 4-9, Ian Carpenter 4-1 to go into the top 3, Jason McConkey & Will Parker both 2-1, and finally Tom McGarrity 5-4, phew!

17apr19 SOME!

5 winners today another nice winner for Michael Brook best of the day and 17-2, Mark Lowry & Mark Sharman both 6-1, Roger Dore 15-8 & Vince Paige 10-11 were the only other winners.

10 winners yesterday Robert Logan brought up an 8 timer and Ian Carpenter a 7 timer with the same 1-4 winner.  Chris Pascoe continued his new consolidation tactic at the top with that same winner as well, Roger Dore 2-1, Paul Stobbart & me both 100-30, Joint best of the day for Mark Sharman & Michael Brook at a nice 8-1 Kevin Wood kept up the pressure on me in 4th in the plate with a 5-6 winner & finally Brian Hammon moved back up the leader board with a 9-2 winner. 

15apr19 HOW SAD IN PARIS

Does make this seem a bit trivial I suppose hard to believe no casualties but let's hope so.

8 winners for us only one of significance Will Parker 6-1 to move to +61p the top 4 in the plate all picked the same 1-2 5 point winner and Chris Pascoe & Ian Carpenter both 4-9, Mark Sharman 15-8 was the only other to trouble the scorer!

14apr19 MISSING

Sorry missed a couple of reports but excel on its way.  Sunday saw one very nice winner for late entrant Alan Sparks at 20-1 to take him to the foot of the leader board.  Vince & Stuart banked a 5 pointer each at 4-7, I finally got back into winning ways with an 11-8 winner and Kevin wood consolidated 5th place in the plate (the last cash spot) with a 5 point  2-5 winner.  Finally, Ian carpenter rounded off a great week for him bringing up a 5 timer with a 6-5 winner he has moved from -13.33 to +16.07 with 6 from 7 in the last 8 days!

Guess who I backed at 25-1 :-)

7 winners today Vince & Robert at the top of the late another 10 pointer and 6-4 to move a little clear of Stuart.  Ian Carpenter continues his sudden discovery of form with a 3- winner to close on the leaders a little. Other winners Alan Sparks &  Tom McGarrity both 6-4, Colin Warmington 13-8 and very nice best of the day for Dave Brammer at 11-1 to sit just off the leader board in 21st.

8 winners the same 4-7 winner for the top 3 in the plate which is hotting up into a very interesting run-in with Vince holding the slight advantage of games in hand at the moment.  Joint 12-1 best of the day for Spenser Mills and Ian Carpenter so they are both now on the leader board and in the mix.  The other 3 winners were Ben Cheetham 8-1, Chris Martin 11-2 & Colin Warmington 4-1.

9 winners Andy Pitter 3-1, Alan Sparks 10-11, Chris Pascoe a nice consolidating bet as leader evens, Colin Warmington returns to the leader board with a 5-1 winner, Ian Carpenter best of the day 9-1, Jamie Hill just behind him with an 8-1 winner.  The final 3 were Vince Paige & Robert Logan 10 points each at 5-4, finally 5-2 for Michael Brook.

New leader Chris Pascoe by virtue of him sitting out but 5 games behind 2nd & 3rd so a bit of a false leader really.  Best of the day for Steve Taylor at 8-1 making progress up the table, the other two were the plate boys Stuart & Robert both 2-9. 

07apr19 PLENTY OF WINNERS

With a couple of nice ones headed at 11-1 by Steve Carter which was sufficient to get him to the foot of the leader board, closely followed by Halen Fahey 3 from 4 and an 8-1 winner today, Vince Paige & Robert Logan the same 6-4 winner and Stuart Bentham 5 point for his 4-9 winner.  At the top of the leader board, Chris Pascoe's 7-2 winner closed him right up to with 15p of the leader.  Gary Pascoe swapped places with me and knocked me onto the bubble with his 9-4 winner.

06apr19 VERY IMPRESSIVE

Tiger Roll's performance of course under an extra 10lbs from last year justified a very mean price.  6 players picked that joint best of the day for them all as per the list below the other two were Stuart Bentham who went off-piste to pick up a 5 point winner at 4-5 and the final winner was Richard Pascoe at 3-1. 

So that winner took Andy Stevens into a slight lead at the top of the table - nice one!

Given the very tight position at the top, I have started the bets to go number on the main leader board as pretty critical when you are just a few pence different from those around you.

Good luck at Aintree - Clan Des Obeaux at a flatter track looks a good bit of value even though I backed Kemboy at the festival, plenty of others look strong though
