A first for this comp double figure number of winners 10 (excluding the selection for TF in the last), so here goes, Frank Tubman & Gary Dighton both 7-2, Helen Fahey, Spenser Mills, & Luke Silk 3-1, Ian Carpenter 9-4 to go positive, Mark Nutting 100-30, Paul Berg best of the day 15-2, Robert Logan 8-13, 7 finally Tom Feeney off the mark with a nice 7-1 winner.

Sorry or the delayed update but very late selections last night that's always difficult on a Friday night

Anyway three winners again today Helen Fahey 5-2, Ian Carpenter 11-4 which was enough to get him on the leader board & Paul Stobbart 100-30

16may24 YORK DANTE

 Five winners between us but as there were 33 selections not exactly top tipping!  Those that were successful were topped by Spenser Mills closing in on 2nd with a 8-1 winner, Luke Silk brought up a treble 11-10, Ross Harvey 5-2, Vince Paige 13-2 and Robert Logan 1-3 were the rest.

Forget to mention that at the north/south convention thoughts were that we could start #53 just before the Ebor meeting (so we can go to York which is a great course) and then we could finish on the Sunday of the Cheltenham Open meeting.  That's the working hypothesis so get the dates in the diary, Sunday 17th November 

15may24 TOUGH GOING

Just two winners today and we are now down to just 5 people up, don't remember seeing it this bad before.  todays winners were a focused plate winner for Robert Logan at 1-12 but 5 more points, and 4-1 for Richard Pascoe.

Good day at York although devoid of winners and it was a north meets south event as (L-R) Steve Taylor, me & Stuart Bentham finally met on course even though Stuart first joined in October 2010 and Steve in October 2017.

14may24 BIG DAY

Seven winners on Tuesday and some useful ones, Gary Cawsey 10-1 to go 7th, Luke Silk 8-1 to go 10th, Dave Sharman beating them both at 12-1 to be just £4.00 down, Ian Carpenter 13-2 to be just a few pence of the leader board, Helen Fahey off the mark 9-4.  Mark Nutting 4-1 and Ross Harvey 4-9 were the final two.

 Just a single winner on Sunday Robert Logan surged clear with his 10 point 2-1 winner.

3 winners but only one worth talking about and that was Andy Stevens 14-1 to get onto the foot of both leader boards, the other 2 were Robert Logan 2-1 and 10 points, and the not too bad 8-1 for Ian Carpenter

Nice day at the festivals meeting today, 3 winners for us, Ben Cheetham 9-4 (my only winner on course today), Mark Lowry 11-8 7  Kevin Wood 9-2 to do himself a bit of good on both leader boards

In the sense of just two winners Frank Tubman 100-30 & Robert Logan 10-11 to go 5 clear in the plate

06may24 NICE BHOL WEATHER!

Five winners for us Dave Brammer 9-2 took the best of the day, Mark Nutting briught up a quick fire treble with his 11-8 winner, the others were Robert Logan 5-2 and 10 points to take over at the top of the plate on count back, Gary Cawsey 3-1 & Martin Long 9-4.

We did mange 3 winners Pete Long 4-9, & Paul Berg 9-2 both off the mark and Ben Cheetham 4-1 to return back to the leader board in 7th, the final cash spot.

So before that, just 3 winners but a great 16-1 pick for Pete Feeney to go top and clear.  Only other winner was for Mark Nutting & Kevin Wood 9-4.

Very nice winner for Steve Taylor 10 points and 15-2 not quite enough for the main leader board but he has had the most bets.  Two other winners Andy Warmington & Spenser Mills the same 100-30 winner both now on the leader board
