That's all we managed Vince Paige 4-9 but improves his standing in the plate as basically all the rest had losers and a very nice best of the day for Steve Taylor 14-1 and zooms straight up to 5th

Ian Carpenter 11-4 to go 10th, Stuart Bentham evens to go slightly clear in the plate and Spenser Mills off the mark with 11-2 was all we could manage today.

18sep24 NOT QUITE MAGNIFICENT

7 winners again for us and a nice joint best of the day for Jake Fifield & Adrian Hunt at 17-2 that takes them 14th & 11th respectively and both positive.  George Casserly scores another at 15-8 to move <£6 ahead of the field.  Colin Warmington made progress on both leader boards with his 7-2 winner that's 3 in the last 4 for Colin and following him up the leader board is his grandson Harry with a 3-1 winner.  The final 2 were Dave Brammer 100-30 & Jason Stevens finally off the mark with a 4-1 winner.

For the nerds among us i.e. Vince & me Andy Warmington sets a new record having achieved the same  SP 13-2, for each of his last 5 selections - never happened before - sorry no prize!  I suppose also a record with 3 generations of the same clan all getting a mention in the blog on the same day as well.

Slow day for us but still yielded 7 winners, Dave Brammer 5-2, Helen Fahey 4-5, Ian carpenter 4-9, Paul Berg 13-8, Richard Hunt 7-2 to go joint second, Robert Logan 1-6, & best of the day 8-1, for Terry Matthews which means I think a rare visit to the leader board:-)

9 winners today 3 of us all on the 1-2 winner Vince, me & Robert Logan, nice 11-2 winner for Colin Warmington to take him back onto both leader boards, his son Andy 13-2, our leader picked up a 9-4 winner to move a little clear.  The final 3 were Karl Noble 7-4, Mark Nutting & Ray Harper both 11-2

Nice winner at 9-1 for Gary Dighton to go 3rd. the only others to trouble the scores were Colin Warmington 2-1, and Tom McGarrity at 2-5.

Seven winners today and a super one for Richard (Tricky) Hunt 18-1 that zooms him up to 3rd and a live contender.  Others were me 7-2, Harry Warmington 2-1, Mark Lowry 11-8 to draw level at the top of the plate only missing top spot on number of seconds count back, Helen Fahey & Kevin Wood both off the mark with 7-2 & 7-4 winners respectively.  Finally there was a five point winner for Robert Logan (5-6) perhaps getting a bit more back into the groove recently to put up a defence to his title in the plate

6 winners for us today half of them were me, Mark Lowry & George Waters on the even money winner of the fillies G2 race others were Colin Warmington 11-10, Ian Carpenter also evens, & Mark Sharman best of the day by miles at 15-2 to go straight into 7th.

Nice gentle day at Lords today for a county game and an afternoon in the long room.  Only 3 winners for us today Martin Long 7-2 which was enough to get him into a cash position on the leader board, Andy Warmington off the mark 11-4, and Richard Hunt best of the day 6-1 to go £2.00 up

Best of the day by a country mile was Dave Klein off the mark in style with a 14-1 winner and straight into 8th on the leader board.  Stuart Bentham & George Waters both 1-6 winners (different horses), Mark Lowry & Ian Carpenter both 8-13 winners and Steve Taylor napping all the way from LV found an 11-2 winner to put him back to +70p.

Well very nearly as Kevin Dighton Scores for the second time with Northern spirit this comp this time at 17-2 to go 2nd by just 27p.   Only 2 other winners today they were Gary Pascoe 5-1 to go 4th and Harry Warmington 6-5.

8 winners for us Saturday George Casserly and Gary Pascoe both 3-1 to increase George's lead at the top, Roger Dore best of the day,  makes a first appearance this comp on the leader board with a 4-1 winner, Gary Dighton goes 4th with a 5-2 winner the same as Mark Lowry who continues his steady progress up both leader boards.  Steve Carter 100-30, Ian Carpenter evens and Richard Hunt 4-1, were the final three winners.

Eleven in total Tom McGarrity & Vince Paige both 4-5 and 10 points, Me & Ian Carpenter both 6-5, Martin Long 5-2 bringing up a treble, Mark Lowry 15-8 to feature well on both leader boards.  Best of the day for Jon Caley 12-1 putting him £2.00 up but still only in 16th.  Roger Dore 6-1 to go positive, Robert Logan 11-8, Stuart Bentham 8-13 for 5 points each & Steve Carter 4-1 make up the 11.

Super busy day and loads of winners 12 in total, so here goes: best of the day for Paul Berg 11-1 and back up to 3rd, the 2 above him kept up their great start George Casserly 5-4, Harry Warmington 13-8.  Robert Logan & Stuart Bentham popping in a cert 5 points with the same  2-5 winner, things certainly hotting up in the plate in this comp!  

Dave Sharman off the mark with a 13-2 winner to put him back to positive, Gary Pascoe & Mark Sharman both 5-4, Gary Dighton 9-2 that's 3 from 4 for GD and 4th place.  Ian Carpenter 1-3, and finally Richard Pascoe & Mark Lowry both 13-8
