The leader, Eamon Kelly picked up an odds-on winner to stretch the lead a little as those behind sat out or missed. Jake Fifield's 5-2 winner took him to 7th, Michael Brook got off the mark with a 7-2 winner, the best of the day, and so did Jon Curtis with his 3-1 winner.
In the plate Steve Walton picked up a 5 pointer but Justin Sercombe moved 2nd with a nice 10 point winner so sits just 8 points behind with 3 bets in hand, Kevin Wood also got back on track with his 2nd 10 pointer in 3 days to go 3rd relegating Rod Brown from 2nd to 4th in one day after Realt Dubh finished last of 18 when favourite, more training on the racecourse - thanks Noel Meade (my nap as well).
